Located on Tanah Barak, Batu Bolong, Canggu this small yet cozy restaurant brings a unique dining experience with flavors from the archipelago to your table, buffet style. The menu changes every day, meaning no two culinary experiences are the same.
Set to be the latest affordable destination for food lovers around Canggu, Ning’s Kitchen dining concept brings together Indonesian cuisine that is clean and wholesome, home-made food prepared fresh daily, and no MSG. Canteen buffet style that serves more than 20 kinds of carbs, meats, vegetables, side dishes and of course the spicy sambal or condiment on a daily basis.
Signature archipelago dishes among them are Rendang, Ayam Sisit, Sate Lilit, Tuna sambal Matah, Ikan Rica and Ikan Woku, and Sapi Balado. Vegetarian best sellers among them are tempe and tofu dishes, mushroom skewers, potato, corn or vegetable fritters, spring rolls, and many options of vegetables.
At Ning’s Kitchen, guests can also find street style Indonesian dessert drinks, such as Es Cincau with grass jelly or Es Daluman from Daluman leaves or Es Campur with mixed seasonal fruits, served with coconut milk and palm sugar on ice.
Other features include a fully air conditioned indoor area and all Halal Food with strictly no pork or lard. Whether you are carnivore or vegetarian, no worries, we have you covered.
