Exploring the “sweet spot” of gaming phones, as nubia unveils its new 5G terminal

The Neo 2 earned a total score of 556,529 on ANTUTU, 30% more than a key competitor, as well as scoring higher in areas such as CPU, GPU, MEM and UX. In particular, the NEO 2 scored 64% higher than the competition in terms of memory performance (MEM), suggesting it will be much smoother when running large applications or multitasking.

NEO 2 is also significantly ahead of the competitor in terms of random writes, sequential reads, and sequential writes (as measured by Androbench), indicating that it is more efficient in terms of file storage and transfer.

Notably, in Honor of Kings, one of the most popular mobile games, while the Neo 2’s average frame rate for games at 60Hz in both Balanced and Awakening modes is comparable to that of the competition (with both achieving an average frame rate of 60 fps), its low frame rate is lower and frame rate minimums significantly higher. In Wild Rift games, the real-time frame rate graph shows that the Neo 2’s frame rate jitter and frame rate variance are generally lower. As a result, Neo 2 offers better performance in terms of frame rate stability. In critical moments such as group battles, Neo 2 is able to maintain better stability, avoiding lag caused by frame rate fluctuations and providing gamers with a smoother gaming environment.
